In this seat, I ran the day to day operations of a 22 person, 2-entity business, all-remotely. During my tenure, I tripled our ARR from ~$760,000 to $2.3M in just 6 months.To do this, I launched 2 new offerings in my first 90 days from scratch. This helped stabilize our cash flow, de-risk from our core products, improved operating margin by 24%, and cut payroll costs by 80% - all while giving everyone a compensation boost through targeted variable compensation.In August 2026, resigned from this company when I found out the Founder had been spending company money on personal expenses, sabotaging our growth and ability to meet payroll.Prior to being CEO, I spent 10 years in Sales and Marketing, with a client roster that includes Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Advil, Sensodyne, KinderJoy, and many others. In 2021, I pivoted from Corporate Sales and Marketing to consulting for "online offers" full-time.
